UZBL

Uzbl follows the UNIX philosophy - "Write programs that do one thing and do it well. Write programs to work together. Write programs to handle text streams, because that is a universal interface."

Uzbl comes in different flavors:

• uzbl-core: main component meant for integration with other tools and scripts.
  
• uzbl-browser: a complete browser experience based on uzbl-core uzbl-tabbed: Spawns one window containing multiple tabs, each tab containing a full embedded uzbl-browser 

Uzbl is under heavy development and should be considered alpha.

The user might be surprised when starting uzbl for the first time as there is no menu interface. uzbl has to be customized to fit your needs. Therefore all you have to do is to modify the config file.

Simple keys to get you started:

o - allows you to enter the website you want to surf to

j - scroll down k - scroll up

b - go back to previous website

m - move forward

fl* - forward to link number * (example fl12 brings you to link 12)
